SCHOOL YEAR OFFICE HOURS
REGULAR OFFICE HOURS:
Monday- Thursday
7:45 a.m.-2:25 p.m.
Friday
7:45 a.m-2:00 p.m.
Office hours are observed during the regular school year and may vary on holidays, school breaks, and other scheduled closures.
As a small-school ministry, our administrative staff serves in multiple roles throughout the school day and may occasionally be assisting students or staff away from the office. If your call is not answered during regular office hours, please leave a message. Calls will be returned as soon as possible.
SUMMER OFFICE CLOSURE
The Long Hill Christian School office is closed during summer break.
Phone calls received during summer break will be returned after the school office reopens for the new school year.
We check email periodically throughout summer break; however, responses may be delayed.
STUDENT RECORDS
Requesting Student Records
Please note: Student records are processed in accordance with Long Hill Christian School policies. Any outstanding financial or administrative requirements must be resolved before records are released, where permitted by applicable law.

Records requests submitted during June and July will not be completed until the school office reopens in August.

PARENT/GUARDIAN REQUESTS
Parents or legal guardians needing copies of student records may submit a records request to the Long Hill Christian School office.
SCHOOL RECORDS REQUESTS
When a student transfers from Long Hill Christian School, the receiving school may submit an official records request directly to the school office.

Families interested in Long Hill Christian School should begin by completing our Enrollment Interest Questionnaire. The questionnaire is the first step in our admissions process and provides families with additional information, including current tuition rates.
