Abeka's curriculum builds skills and knowledge progressively from one grade level to the next, providing consistency across core academic subjects while maintaining high expectations for student learning.
Through Abeka Video School, students benefit from engaging, professionally taught lessons, while Long Hill Christian School provides the classroom environment, daily structure, personal support, and accountability that help students put that instruction into practice.

While Abeka's experienced instructors provide the primary video lessons, our Long Hill Christian School classroom teachers play an essential role in each student's education. They are present throughout the school day, working directly with students and helping turn instruction into meaningful learning.
GUIDANCE & INSTRUCTION
Teachers answer questions, explain concepts, provide additional instruction when needed, and help students work through areas of difficulty.
ACCOUNTABILITY & STRUCTURE
Teachers keep students engaged, monitor progress, maintain classroom expectations, and provide the consistency and structure students need throughout the school day.
GRADING & ASSESSMENT
Long Hill Christian School teachers oversee student assignments, grading, testing, and academic progress, allowing them to recognize both strengths and areas where additional support may be needed.

IMPORTANT ACADEMIC INFORMATION
Understanding Our Instructional Model
Long Hill Christian School utilizes a structured instructional model through the Abeka Video School program. Because our curriculum and method of instruction are designed to follow an established academic program, Long Hill Christian School may not be equipped to meet every student's individual educational needs.
Long Hill Christian School does not provide special education programs or services and is not equipped to implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) or provide specialized instruction, therapies, or related services. Our instructional model also limits our ability to modify curriculum, testing, assignments, pacing, or other academic requirements on an individualized basis.
Families of students with an IEP, 504 Plan, diagnosed learning difference, or other educational needs requiring accommodations or specialized services should discuss their child's needs with school administration before enrollment. This allows the school and family to determine whether the student can be appropriately served within Long Hill Christian School's existing instructional program and available classroom support.
Enrollment is considered individually based upon the student's needs and the school's ability to appropriately serve the student within our established educational model.

Families interested in Long Hill Christian School begin by completing our Enrollment Interest Questionnaire. This allows us to learn more about your family and your child's educational needs before moving forward in the admissions process.
Once the questionnaire has been reviewed, families whose needs align with the Long Hill Christian School program will receive additional information regarding tuition and the opportunity to schedule a school tour.
Completion of the Interest Questionnaire is required before tuition information is provided or a school tour is scheduled.
