Answer the questions about the child you are inquiring about to potentially enroll with us. The answers that you provide will be reviewed by administration prior to school tours and additional information given. Our school tuition and additional fees are listed at the end of this questionnaire. LHCS reserves the right to refuse admission. Acceptance is not guaranteed.
Admission to the school may be denied only after the admissions committee have reviewed an applicant’s file and have reached a collaborative decision. The admissions committee may refuse to admit a student with disciplinary or psychological problems, or any student who they determine has spiritual, behavioral, or academic needs that cannot be met by the school.
Approved: Students approved for admission will be notified in writing via email. The school must receive the non-refundable enrollment fees within two weeks to hold the student’s place. Ongoing monthly tuition payments are due beginning August 15th.
Denied: Students not approved for admission will be notified in writing via email.
